Malvina was amazing! Collected us from Gatwick, communication was great and car perfect. However, I have never had such an incredible experience with any taxi driver, our baby son had an accident all over the baby car seat and she couldn’t have been nicer about it! Stopped at a services so we could clean him up and was just soo lovely and reassuring. I will recommend amber cars, and especially Malvina, to everyone we know. Thank you!!
