Got to say, what a caring and helpful bunch of people. I broke down outside the office and as soon as I asked for help. They made sure and did their best to make sure I was ok, and try and fix my problem. Arnie especially run me everywhere I needed to go and even dropped me home.
The experience has given me faith back into society.

I phoned Amber taxis from a train coming from Liverpool Street. I explained to the girl in the cab office I had injured my foot and would like to book a cab for when the train arrive at Harold wood giving her the time of arrival. The girl in the office was fantastic she told me to ring back when I was at Gidea Park and she would make sure cab would be waiting for me in the car park when the train arrived. Absolutely first class service and a big thank you to the girl in the office for being so helpful would defiantly recommend them after this experience.
Excellent customer service and very friendly and professional driver (Arnie) was on time for both trips to and from Stansted Airport. Would highly recommend and use again 5*

Used Amber yesterday for a journey from Romford to Chelmsford. Our driver Ben was lovely. He was very chatty and made our evening all the better. He put the heating on in the car as we were all freezing having been outside for 4+ hours in the wind. First class service from booking to dropping off at home. Could not fault and will definitely use again 👍 👌
